Are you a Shop?

Martha and the Meadow is a floral design studio and does not have a shop or high street presence. I work from a private studio space, therefore it is not possible for people to just pop in. 

I can offer you collection times. You can also visit by appointment only. 

Where do you deliver to?

I deliver both Locally in the North Dorset area and Nationally with a courier. 

LOCAL DELIVERY. 

I cover a 12.5 mile radius from our studio in Shillingstone, North Dorset. 

Covering areas such as the following. Blandford Forum, Pimperne, Sturminster Marshall, Bryanston, Stourpaine,  Wimborne St Giles, The Chase, Irewene Minster, Shroton, Durweston, Child Oakeford, Shaftesbury, Hammon, Manston. 

The Tollards, The Orchards, The Winterbournes. The Stours, Sherborne, Sturminster Newton, Hazelbury Bryant, Ibberton, Bulbarrow and much and every where in between. 

Delivery to Shillingstone, Child Oakeford, Oakeford Fitzpaine and Hamoon are all FOC. 

Delivery everywhere else is charged at £6.50.

NATIONAL DELIVERY. 

Martha and the Meadow flowers are sent out in boxes supplied with a water source and can be sent anywhere in the UK on  a 24 hour service. 

National Delivery is charged at £12.00

What is a Florists Choice?

Florists Choice - is an option we offer every week. It enables me to choose the very best at market every week, considering quality, seasonality and prices. With that in mind I then create unique and beautiful bouquets every week. Perfect for flower lovers. 

Why are the flowers I received different from the image on the webshop?

I design small collections of flowers or offer a florist choice bouquet. However, there are times when we are unable to get certain stems due to supply or quality issues. Therefore as a florist who designs using perishable and living goods I hold the right to substitute stems if required. So sometimes bouquets are not exacting to the picture. I always state that they are usually a representation of what you will receive. 

The flowers I recieved by Courier are damaged.

I work with our courier to make sure that flowers arrive safely to all our customers. However, if you notice damage to the flowers upon arrival, please do contact me ASAP and send me photos. I will then rectify the situation as quickly as I can.
