Georgian simplicity at Smedmore House for Alice and Tom.

I met Tom and Alice and their pooch - Poppy on a Sunday afternoon back in the Autumn. They had decided to get married at Smedmore House, Kimmeridge which is just one of my all time favourite venues. I just love it... there is something so majestic about the house, the view and its unqiue coastal setting.

The day was classicaly inspired by the georgian frontage of Smedmore and Alice's beautiful dress she had chosen.

Simple classic flowers were the order of the day, opting for more delicate choice of blooms such as Sweet Peas, spray roses and Astilbe. Alice chose to go for beautiful bridal flowers and simple flowers filling a collection of glass cut vases she had collected for the day to decorate the tables in Coastal Tents Sail cloth.

The day was just beautiful, hot, incredibly hot.. but with just the beach a moment a way it was pure British Summer delight.
