Bold and Rich Autumnal Colours for Rachel.

Floral Crown Dorset Wedding
Dorset Bride for a Boho Wedding

Desiging Rachel's beautiful and bright burnt autumnal blooms was a joy - I always love being challenged to bring more unique and contrasting palettes together into one overall theme. Using a rich array of dark reds and chocolate tones along with a touch of blue from the last of the delphinium and bright oranges was the base of her bridal palette.

Using Dahlia's dried Straw flowers, Rosehips, Chochino spray rose along with Golden Mustard spray rose, Kangaroo Paw, Crocosmia, dark toned Astrantia and Scabious heads to name just a few.

Rachel chose my Bridal & Blooms service and I created signature bouquets for her and her maids along with intracate flower crowns and textural buttonholes tied with navy venue. Along with delivering the above items I also delivered a big wrap of mixed seasonal stems for her to decorate the cake and create her own arrangements for their ceremony table.

Below are a few of the images of the flowers I shot before they left the stuido.. the bottom one shows you how cold it really gets in my old studio! With condensation on my old Grandma's mirror I use, which is just as important in creating any bridal bouquet as my scissors.. after all you have to see what you are doing from all sides!

It is always lovely to receive kind words from my brides and clients ..

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for putting together the beautiful flowers and buttonholes for my wedding day. They were so much more amazing than I could have expected and I had so many amazing comments about them! "
