I was lucky enough this morning to have a meeting at Shillingstone House, to chat about weddings, flowers and much more. A characterful house with such a lovely and warm feeling about itself. I found myself looking upwards at the bare lilac tree in hope this morning. With spring now begining to flourish on her truly spectacular journey - I have to admit there is one blooms arrival I cannot wait; that is Lilac. Its divine scent, delicate individual flowers, dreamy shades and fullness of bloom just does it for me!
